PRIVACY POLICY

This website is a storefront for our Denver dispensary. It has no accounts, no forms and no online checkout, so it does not ask you for personal information. This policy explains the little that is collected anyway — website analytics — and what happens when you follow a link somewhere else.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through this website. There is nothing here to sign up for, no contact form, and no payment step, so we never ask for your name, address, email or payment details. The only information gathered is the anonymous usage data described in the next section.

2. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which helps us decide what to put on it. It records:

• Which pages were viewed, in what order, and roughly how long a visit lasted
• The general area a visit came from — city level, derived from your IP address, not a street address
• The type of device and browser used
• Which site or search referred you here

This reaches us in aggregate. We cannot identify you from it and we do not try to. Google processes the data as described in its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent the collection entirely with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies as described below.

3. Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics uses to tell one visit from another. Nothing on the site needs them: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and every page will work exactly as before.

4. Embedded Content

The home page embeds a Google map showing where the shop is. When that map loads it contacts Google directly, and Google may set its own cookies as a result — the same as if you had opened Google Maps yourself. We receive nothing from it.

5. Links to Other Sites

Ordering online, our Instagram page, and getting directions all take you to services we do not run. Once you leave this site you are covered by that company's privacy policy rather than this one, and anything you enter there — including any order or payment details — goes to them, not to us. We never see it.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors, and we hold no customer database to share. Google, as our analytics provider, is the only third party that receives usage data from this site.

7. Data Security

This site is made of static pages. There are no visitor accounts, no logins and no database of personal information behind it, which means there is no store of customer data here to be breached.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Colorado Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal data a business holds about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Because we hold no personal data from this website, there is nothing for us to look up, correct or delete — but you are welcome to contact us with any question about it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.

9. Age Restriction

Cannabis is for adults 21 and over. This website is intended for adults of legal age, and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for instance if we add a form or a new service to the site. Any change will be posted on this page.
